i have to say, my eliminated need for meat is serving me Very Good.
it gives back in many a way, so what's the reason for holding on to the old habits?
for the sake of the habits and some pure selfishness, of course (nottoberude, butHEY)
if you consider yourself an animal-lover, an enviromentalist, if you really (or only) care about health, why still make yourself, the environment AND the animals suffer only for the (makebeilieve) preference of your taste?
that's exactly what's controversial, if you Ask Me.
i no longer see the point of the suffering of our food when the world is otherwise filled overthetop with it.
what's the use?
i gave in
so now i'm a vegan. mainly because i can't keep down the swollowed guilt like i used to.
i usually say the same as this T-shirt-motive by the Marvelous (and vegan) Dan Piraro, of whom i have been a huge fan for years.
if you ever feel a slight tingle of guilt and then have to numb yourself down to continue eating animals, you really should not do it. there's just too many reasons to pierce your fork into a vegetablebased goodie instead.
well ta, i'm off to get me one of those t-shirties.
and. check Dan's blog out, it is Amazing.
